We are seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to provide crucial support to our CEO and volunteer executive team. This non-profit organization is volunteer driven with more than 100 volunteers from around the globe. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative processes and operations, enabling the organization to effectively carry out its mission on a global scale.
Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to senior staff, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence.
- Assist with the preparation and dissemination of internal and external communications, including emails, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain organized filing systems and databases, ensuring timely and accurate retrieval of information as needed.
2. Data Entry and Record Keeping:
- Assist with data entry tasks, including updating contact lists, donor databases, and programmatic records.
- Support the organization's efforts to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of activities, expenses, and other relevant information.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies in all administrative activities.
3. Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, responding promptly and professionally to requests for information or assistance.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among team members, departments, and external partners, ensuring effective collaboration and information sharing.
- Coordinate with other administrative staff across global offices to streamline processes and share best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, office management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a non-profit organization, international setting, or similar environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record keeping, and document preparation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications such as Google, Zoom, WhatsApp and email.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Volunteer HR Manager to lead and oversee our volunteer human resources functions. The HR Manager will work closely with the CEO and management team to develop HR policies and procedures, implement training programs, and build a strong and engaged volunteer team. This is a remote, part-time volunteer position offering an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities:
• Policy & Procedure Development: Create and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization’s values and goals.
• Volunteer Recruitment & Retention: Identify volunteer positions needed and develop recruitment strategies to attract and retain skilled volunteers.
• Training & Orientation: Develop and implement training programs and onboarding materials to prepare volunteers for their roles.
• Volunteer Engagement: Facilitate regular communication with volunteers through meetings, newsletters, and other channels.

Overview
We are seeking interns to assist in our Production Department with a variety of projects in various stages of pre-production, production and post production work.
Responsibilities
GPEN uses several video and live web conferencing technologies of which you will receive training.
Basic video editing skills: isolate usable clips, add photos, titles, and music. Audio adjustments.
Assist in all aspects of production work including recording content via Zoom and traditional camera, logging footage and editing.
Become familiar with the program content being recorded and with GPEN’s mission. Be able to recommend and source media elements from both the subject and royalty free content.
Familiar with posting content on YouTube.
Qualifications
Experience in video production with basic skills in editing.
Send us a sample of content you created of which you are most proud.
Knowledge of and access to Adobe Premiere or Final Cut editing software.
Familiar with cloud storage and word processing apps such as Google and Microsoft.
Creative problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality productions that meet organizational objectives.
Compensation
This is a volunteer position. If you are also seeking internship credit we will work closely with your educational institution to sign off on college credit for your time with GPEN. GPEN is a collaborative organization with various learning opportunities and skill growth.
